Weekend at Sleeping Dogs Run
A weekend of training, food, drink, and merriment at Sleeping Dogs Run (Hurdle Mills, NC). Receive personalized Rally and/or Draft coaching customized for novice through experienced teams.
Accommodations include private use of an onsite efficiency apartment. Weekend to be mutually agreed upon with hosts Dorene & John McCune. Arrive Friday, settle in and enjoy dinner provided by the hosts. Saturday morning and afternoon work on Rally and/or Draft with breakfast & lunch provided. In the evening explore and dine (not included) in historic Hillsborough. Sunday morning brunch at Sleeping Dogs Run followed by more training with departure in the afternoon. About your trainer: Dorene is a Rally instructor at the Durham Kennel Club and has put Rally Master and CD titles on multiple dogs. She trained and handled three Grand Master Draft Dogs.

The Art of Kevin Peddicord

Kevin’s paintings, best known for their pop culture narrative, have been exhibited widely around North Carolina. Kevin was commissioned by the Carolina Hurricanes to commemorate their winning the Stanley Cup. He lives in Raleigh with his wife Nanette and their dog Lenny. Thank you Kevin for supporting our club!
